The internet has found a new way to laugh at aging, and TikTok’s "glow-down" challenge is right in the middle of it. Women who say they "peaked in high school" are posting before-and-after photos to show how much they have changed over the years.
The trend is part self-deprecating joke, part nostalgia trip, and part reminder that high school beauty is not the finish line. These posts lean into the awkward, funny, and sometimes surprisingly confident side of growing up.
